I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a small town. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby city. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Lovely stay with great hospitality from the staff. The room was cozy, well-decorated, and boasted a stunning countryside view. The breakfast was adequately served with delicious pastries and wonderful mint tea. the location was perfect for exploring the town and the monkeys.
We had a negative experience with payment and faced a lot of confusion and difficulty with credit card charges. The bathroom was outdated, and the shower was a mess;

The staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast selection was great and the fact that it was served at the table was a nice touch. the location was perfect for our city trip, with easy access to public transportation and some great restaurants nearby.
The hotel seemed understaffed and reception was often empty. Our room was not properly cleaned upon arrival and there were some issues with the water pressure in the shower.
